1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, requesting a quote, or scheduling an appointment with Air Duct Deep Cleaning Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable local regulations.
2. Special Promotion Scope & Pricing
- $299 Air Duct Deep Cleaning Special: Valid per individual HVAC unit. Includes commercial Negative Air Machine hookup, removal and scrubbing of all standard supply vents, rotary scrubbing of all supply lines, and 1 main return line.
- Free Dryer Vent Cleaning: Included at no extra charge ($129 standard value) exclusively when performed alongside the $299 Air Duct Deep Cleaning on the same service visit.
- Antimicrobial Fogging Sanitization: Clearly designated as an optional add-on service ($89 per unit) and is not included in the base $299 deep cleaning package.
- Standalone Dryer Vent Cleaning: Priced at $129.00 flat fee when booked without the air duct cleaning package.
3. Site Access & Safety
Customers are responsible for providing clear, safe access to the HVAC furnace/air handler unit, all supply registers throughout the home, and the dryer exhaust line connection.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand emergencies happen. We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation so our dispatch team can offer the appointment slot to other local homeowners.
5. Limitation of Liability
While our technicians exercise the highest care, we are not responsible for pre-existing HVAC mechanical damage, duct tears caused by aging deterioration, or pre-existing drywall paint flaws surrounding vintage vent registers.
